Hi, I sold this individual a large bundle of BlackBerry phones. I worked diligently with him, handling numerous BBMs. He communicated excessively if anything but I tried to be accommodating. I even agreed to ship internationally at a large cost to me. I sent the package and he received the phones. He even posted photos of the items received on my FS thread. The moderators then closed the thread. Fast forward a month and I received notification from PayPal that he filed a dispute against me. He claims that he could not get in touch with me and had no other option but to file the claim. I find that a blatant lie since he has my email (since he paid in PayPal). He also has my BBM and my phone number which I had given him and one point too. Lastly, he has the ability to PM me here on CrackBerry. None of which he did. He claims that one phone I sold came locked to T-Mobile. He also claimed that one phone came blacklisted. His last claim was that the phones came without accessories. In my FW thread I clearly state that the 9900 is locked to T-Mobile and that the Classic is blacklisted. At no point do I make claim of accessories being provided for each phone.
